A: DSM Woodwork began in 2015 as a side hustle in a one-car garage and has blossomed into a full-time operation in an 1800 sq. ft. shop space near downtown Kalamazoo. Q: How do I contact you? A: Go to our contact page or email us. Q: How does billing work? A: A minimum down payment is required to get started and procure materials for projects over $500. Usually this is 50% but may be more depending on the project. Clients may pay in full if they’d like. Projects under $500 require full payment up front (plus MI sales tax, if applicable). Q: Can we trust you? A: Absolutely! Integrity means the world to us as does working unto the Lord. Our hope is that our work and client interactions honor Him and speak volumes about our commitment to providing you beautiful, intentional furniture. Q: How far from Kalamazoo will you deliver and install custom cabinets or do trim work? A: Typically within an hour's drive. The furthest north we'll go is Grand Rapids, for example. The majority of our cabinetry and carpentry projects have been in Kalamazoo/Portage, Richland, Gull Lake, Texas Township, Mattawan, Schoolcraft, Vicksburg, Three Rivers, and Cooper Township. Q: How far from Kalamazoo will you deliver custom furniture? A: Any furniture item purchased through our website includes free delivery (within 3ish hours) or free shipping. We have delivered beds and tables to Grayslake, IL; Hyde Park and North Park, Chicago, IL; Grand Rapids, MI; Metro Detroit, MI; Kalamazoo, MI.
